Returning Goods


If the goods you've purchased are unsuitable or have been bought in error, you may return them to Maidstone Harley-Davidson for a credit/refund or exchange within 7 working days of receipt (excluding opened DVDs).
The goods must be unused and in their original packaging, and suitable for resale.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item you must notify us within 5 working days using the contact details below. We cannot accept responsibility for undelivered or damaged goods that are returned to us. We therefore recommend you send your items by recorded delivery, making sure you have adequate insurance.
We regret we are unable to refund the cost of postage and packaging costs, unless the goods are faulty or where the incorrect item has been supplied.
It's important to let us know as soon as possible if there is something wrong with your purchase, this can be done by phone on 01622 711680 or by email to  Failure to follow this process may lead to packages being refused and returned to you.

Please include your original invoice, and a note detailing the reason for the return along with your contact details.
Please ensure that the items delivered are correct for your motorcycle model and year, as we are unable to refund any labour charges that may be incurred during fitment or removal of incorrectly supplied parts and accessories.
